Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the DrHype website or hiring us to run your marketing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

DrHype is an AI Marketing Agent operated by senior humans. We run ads, social media, SEO, content, email, and websites for Moroccan businesses. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are agreed in writing before we start.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
  • Ad budgets paid to platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) are billed separately and are not part of our fee.
  • Late payments may pause active campaigns until cleared.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel any time with 30 days notice. We will finish what is in flight, hand over assets, and stop billing at the end of the notice period. No refunds for the current paid period.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give us timely access to accounts, assets, and approvals.
  • Make sure you own or have rights to the content, products, and brand we promote.
  • Comply with the rules of the platforms we use on your behalf.

6. Ownership

You own the final marketing assets we create for your brand once paid in full. We keep the right to reuse strategies, templates, workflows, and our internal AI tooling. We may mention you as a client and use your logo unless you tell us not to in writing.

7. Results and warranties

We work hard and use data to drive results, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or ROAS. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what local law requires.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Casablanca.
