  • Contact information you give us: name, business name, email, phone, and anything you share when you book a call or send a message.
  • Marketing assets you authorize us to use: brand guidelines, product photos, website access, ad accounts, and social profiles needed to run your campaigns.
  • Usage data from our website: pages viewed, device, browser, approximate location, and referral source. We use this to improve the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies for analytics and basic functionality.

3. How we use your information

  • Deliver the marketing services you hired us for.
  • Respond to your messages and book calls.
  • Send service updates, invoices, and important notices.
  • Improve our website, content, and offers. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service: cloud hosting, analytics, email tools, ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and AI providers. Each is bound to keep your data confidential and use it only on our instructions. We may also share data if required by law.

We keep your data as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period after, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

We use industry standard measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. If something happens, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email when relevant.
